Most of you know about our cat dominated lives. Sometimes I feel like my relationship to Zephyr is like that of Frodo's with Gallum. I keep the thing around because I feel sorry for it and I figure it's going to be useful for something. In order to improve our lives and hers I moved the litter box down into the basement. But I didn't want to put a hole through our door, so I put the cat door through the wall and built some stairs out of particle wood. This required me to buy some power tools, so maybe the cat IS useful.
